Thomas Ender specialises in the following areas: Advice and litigation in the area of construction, real estate, public liability and insurance law as well as legal project support in relation to construction and real estate; also representation within criminal trials in cases involving construction accidents and medical incidents.
Thomas Ender is an authenticating official of the Canton of Aargau and works in all areas covered by the notarial office (Code of Obligations, real estate law, company law, matrimonial property and inheritance law; in particular real estate transactions, restructuring, succession planning and estate planning).
